The Gores Group Completes Acquisition of Idea Integration Corp.
LOS ANGELES, Jul 02, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Gores Group, a global investment firm, today announced that its Small Capitalization Partners fund has completed the acquisition of Idea Integration Corp. from Adecco Group North America, part of the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider.
Idea, headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, is a leading provider of innovative business and technology solutions in the areas of digital strategy, marketing and design, digital and application development, application support and modernization, infrastructure services and customer support.
